During 90+ degree temperatures, our AC went out. We called our usual service HVAC but since it was after 8pm got no response to our call. We decided to see if Air Professionals could help us. Our call was responded to within minutes, Kemp Wall showed up right away and in the darkness behind our house, had our AC running within half an hour. This is the second time I've gone with Air Professionals for a HVAC replacement and again Sean and his crew are amazing. He is very thorough when going through the requested work and takes the time to explain your options. His team is very knowledgeable and professional and the company is very easy to work with. When installing complex systems, the installer's expertise is key, which is why I knew I would be going with Air Professionals again at my new place. Sean identified shortcomings in the old installation and was able to resolve them. He recommended a couple of configurations and we talked about the pro and cons of each. It is so nice to have modern equipment in the house installed by a team that truly knows what they are doing. From the way they handle scheduling appointments (and calling if there are any changes to a scheduled appointment) to the protective "booties" they use to cover their shoes before entering the house...it's all very top drawer! We’ve been using air professionals for 3 years for our furnace and air conditioner and they are amazing. When we first purchased our home, they spent hours fixing our air conditioner that stopped working on a 95 degree weather day because they were so concerned for the safety of our months old daughter. They also responded very late one night when our heater stopped working due to an error code in the winter for the same reason. My neighborhood recently had a series of power outages which caused my furnace to fail. I called Air Professionals, and they had a technician at my home within a couple of hours (7 PM on a Sunday night). We made arrangements for a new furnace that night, and a truck showed up at my house at 8 AM the next morning to start/complete the installation. All of their personnel are very personable, knowledgeable and kept me apprised of their progress. My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night so in the morning it was chilly. I called Air Professionals at 8 am.Julie told me that she would call me back within 1/2 to let me know what she could do. At 8:30 I got a call back and I was moved to the first appointment. Drew arrived before 9:30. He quickly identified the problem and put in the replacement part. I had heat before 10:30 am. Air Professionals were very responsive to my situation.

After using another company for a brand new furnace, I turned to air professionals when it came time for a new AC unit. When they came to install the AC they showed me where the other company pitched the new furnace the wrong way and water was entering the unit where the wiring is housed. Crazy, right?Anyway, I always call AP for my yearly maintenance and will call them if there is ever any issues with one of the systems. The technician, Drew, has been to my house twice and he was professional and took time to explain exactly what he had done. He was courteous and friendly to the kids too. The office is always friendly when you call there too. I wouldn’t even think of calling another company for my HVAC needs, you shouldn’t either.

They have a great system to let you know when they are arriving. I reached out to them at the worst possible time-November freezing temperatures to replace my gas furnace. It seems the funny noise I was hearing was coming from a piece of paper and plastic that was inside the blower!!! The system is running well and is very quiet. Drew felt that, even with the expensive repair, I may have still had the noise problem. I will NEVER use another company ever again for AC and Furnace issues! Thank you Air Professionals!

Another good experience with Air Professionals. Getting an appointment for service was easy. As previously arranged, Kemp called in advance to confirm his ETA. He conducted the annual PM of my heating system (even took his shoes off in the house). He thoroughly reviewed and assessed the history of the system (it was purchased from and installed by AP), and explained the adjustments that he made to it during this visit. He also provided background and a cost estimate on an air filtration upgrade that could be obtained at my discretion. The time spent and the cost of the visit aligned well. All in all, another pleasant and effective visit from AP.

Air Professionals is very accommodating and thorough in what they do. Today Kemp patiently explained what he was doing to clean, test and prepare the system for this summer. When he learned that I didn't have a hose connection in back of the house, he cleaned the condenser coil an alternate way by using a pump sprayer. He also walked around the house instead of through it to keep the carpets clean. Inside, Kemp moved items out of the way and put them back in place. Air Professionals & Air Conditioning is a ten star rating company. They are very classy and do the Job correct time first time. I would highly recommend this company who has employees that are an asset to the company. Bri who I was talking to was very helpful and polite and professional and went over everything from the start to Drew the Technician who was highly skilled who put his heart and love in his work.

Air Professionals Heating & Air Conditioning is just that, Professional. We were serviced by Connor for our regular maintenance checkup. I like that we not only received a phone call letting us know that Connor would be here in 15 minutes, which he was, but I also received an email with his picture. I would highly recommend Air Professionals for all you heating & air conditioning needs.

George performed the first annual service on the new systems installed at my house last year....always a gentleman and so kind to my 91 year old Dad who lives in the downstairs apartment. Thorough job, answered any questions....and, best of all was the invoice.....$ 0!! (First year service free on BOTH systems!) Air Professionals ROCK!!!

Air Professional came through for us in an emergency. Came home from vacation to a wet and cold house. They came out quickly and had our heater up and running by that night. Drew drove to a different location picked up the needed part returned and worked till it was installed late on a Friday evening. Thanks Air Professionals!

Air Professionals built a custom heating/air conditioning system for our old house when we moved in 20 years ago and has been maintaining it ever since. We have always been delighted with the courtesy and professionalism of the office staff, and the excellent technical knowledge of the technicians. With the anticipated heat wave well underway, our A/C unit, which has performed perfectly since new had a small part failure. We have been an Air Professional customer for over 7 years so we got them on the phone. The nice lady said someone will be there between 9am and 11 am. Technician George Komarek arrived and in 15 minutes diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and we are in comfort again. Thank you Air Professionals !! J & J Dawes

Doug has been taking care of us for a good number of years. In fact from the very beginning we installed their system, he has been maintaining our system through heating and cooling seasons. We have nothing but nice things to say about him and the company in general. Their staff has always been courteous and always looking out for our well being. They adjust the schedules around our needs and have always stayed ahead of trouble by recommending maintenance tips and prompt repair of items before they become big problems. We purchased our A/C and Heating Systems from Air Professionals three years ago. We had gotten estimates from four companies and selected Air Professionals because, as their name suggests, they are professionals. From the estimate to the installation, everything was explained including the option of several different systems which were based on whether we planned to stay in the house for a short or long period of time. They also offered us a three year interest-free loan through one of the local banks. Since we had retired and were on fixed incomes, we appreciated all they did for us. Their sales staff and technicians are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and we're very happy with the A/C and Heating System tuneups every year.

Great company to use for your HVAC needs. While my husband and I were away this week, our college-age son had an issue with the AC unit in our townhouse not turning on (apparently it was in the 80s). Doug from Air Professionals came out within 24 hours. Even though it is an older AC unit, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a hurry. He called me from the property and explained the problem and what he did to fix it. Very happy with this technician and the company overall. Also, a few years ago, we had Air Professionals replace our AC unit and furnace in a previous home (our neighbors had recommended them). They did a great job (it was a big job) and had it done in one day. They were extremely neat as well. When I walked into the basement, I was shocked at how neat the area had been kept while they were working. Would definitely recommend this company. I won't call anyone else.
